1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and alpha666 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the alpha666 online gaming platform accessible at alpha666.club ("the Platform").

Any account found to have been created by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. alpha666 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and operates age verification measures that go beyond simple checkbox declarations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on alpha666, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the alpha666 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If alpha666 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from the duplicate account may be voided. The single-account rule applies regardless of whether the accounts were created using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity document number — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alpha666 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. alpha666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify alpha666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

alpha666 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. alpha666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

alpha666 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified under your alpha666 account during KYC. The Company does not permit withdrawals to accounts held in the name of third parties. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed pending identity verification or security checks. alpha666 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) complied with all applicable Terms. alpha666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity is unusual.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the alpha666 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). alpha666 is not responsible for currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider. The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, nominal withdrawal processing fees may apply depending on the selected withdrawal method, and any such fees will be disclosed to you prior to confirmation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

alpha666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Key conditions applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as specified in the individual promotion terms. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• alpha666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players who deposit and withdraw without placing qualifying wagers may be deemed to be engaging in bonus abuse. alpha666 reserves the right to deduct bonus amounts and associated winnings in such cases.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the period specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the alpha666 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by physical game outcomes for live dealer games. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. alpha666 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunction is detected, alpha666 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes where applicable.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alpha666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Attempting to defraud alpha666 or other players by any means, including through collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by alpha666.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity. alpha666 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using a third party's account.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information to alpha666 for any purpose.

8. Responsible Gaming

alpha666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and actively prevented by alpha666.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time controls: Players may set session duration limits and enable reality check notifications to receive regular reminders of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and six weeks from their account settings, during which access to the Platform will be suspended.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

alpha666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or other prohibited activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player's account activity suggests money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• alpha666 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon closure for a Terms breach, alpha666 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Upon closure for any other reason, alpha666 will return any balance remaining in the account (net of applicable deductions) to the player via the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting alpha666 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not entitle a player to waiver of applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the alpha666 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of alpha666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the alpha666 Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of alpha666 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpha666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if alpha666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

alpha666's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alpha666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which alpha666 accepts no liability.

12. Privacy & Data

alpha666 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

alpha666 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 13. Amendments

alpha666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alpha666 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
